Supported Living Service at a Glance

Our Supported Living Service comprises of 4 houses within the Sefton area, providing a home with support to adults who have varying support needs, enabling residents to live an independent life in their own home, usually as a tenant in the local community.

Our staff work closely with our residents to develop their knowledge and understanding of their rights as individuals, highlighting key community values of respect, choice, dignity, privacy, and
stability.

Members of our Supported Living team are on hand to provide support with relationships, nurture opportunities to develop new skills and advise people on their finances, all of which enables tenants to live as independently as possible on an ongoing basis.

What We Offer

The aim is to provide a purposeful environment, where adults can have a positive self-identity and make informed choices. Wherever possible, our tenants are also encouraged and supported to try new and different experiences.

Before planned admissions, compatibility with and agreement from other tenants living in the house will be considered.

Supported Living is a CQC registered service and has a ‘GOOD’ rating.
